Is there an age limit?
To play in Esc Rooms you must be over 7 years old. Players aged 7-11 are accompanied by either a guardian or a member of our staff.

Is the game safe?
Although adrenaline-pumping, the live escape game we offer you is completely safe and under constant supervision by our staff.
 

Are you really going to lock us in the room?
Yes, otherwise what escape game would it be? But there is a safety button that opens the doors in an emergency. In addition, our staff monitors the room throughout the game for the safety of the players.
 

How long does it take;
Play time is 60-80 minutes, depending on the room. However, you should arrive 20 minutes early in order for our staff to get you in the mood.

Is it possible to cancel or postpone my reservation?
Yes, please contact us by phone or email up to one day before the day you are booked to play in order to cancel or postpone your booking. Just try to let us know as early as you can.
 

Are Esc Rooms accessible to people with disabilities?
Yes, our facilities have been designed to be easily accessible for people with disabilities.
